Whit Bond was associated with Nordblom Company since 1965 and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Leasing and Consulting in the Boston office. During his forty year commercial/ industrial real estate brokerage career, he has completed over 1,500 lease or sale transactions in the Greater Boston area and North America with an aggregate value in excess of $1,500,000,000 dollars. Throughout his career, he has consulted and acted on behalf of numerous insurance companies, pension funds, financial institutions, service entities, and manufacturing/distribution concerns.
A past Director of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Whit has been an active member since 1974 and has served on many of its national committees including Admissions, Bylaws, International, Nominating, and Membership Evaluation. He has served as District Vice President of SIOR.
Whit Bond is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and was Past President of the CIIC (Commercial Industrial Investment Council) of GBREB. He was
actively involved with an international real estate network, CORFAC International, and through that organization participated in transactions throughout North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim.

Whit has served as a Trustee and Past President of the Graduates Association of Noble and Greenough School, Dedham, MA. He was also a Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA). Previously he served as a Director of CORFAC International and Past Chairman of its National Marketing Task Force. He has volunteered for innumerable civic and charitable endeavors. For fifteen years he was a Director and Member of the Board of Investment for a $400,000,000 dollar Boston Bank.
